Addis Ababa is the capital of Ethiopia. The city embodies all the contradictions of a country that is rapidly developing but that nonetheless neglects the needs of those ones living at the margins of society.
In Shola, a suburbian neighborhood, Ursuline Sisters run a mission particularly active in the field of education and medical assistence. It involves a kindergarten and a clinic.
Thanks to the funds from a private donation in memory of Franco Tonelli; Amare npo has created a medium-level clinic, with an analysis laboratory, delivery room and a pharmacy opened to the people living in the neighborhood. All the rooms are functionning and well equipped.
The project is concluded.
